- Enhanced average check by ~20% by implementing monetization of part of the briefing process.
- Improved the onboarding process into projects by developing and implementing a system of strategic sprints and workshops that helped to build clear agreements and expectations and prevent the risks of abrupt changes of direction during the delivery phase, simplified the approvals process, and reduced the number of iterations of design edits.
- Find bottlenecks in stages from presale to handover of layouts to development by creating a service blueprint, which standardised processes and improved communication between departments.
- Optimised the pre-sale and briefing process by introducing a systematic approach, phasing and scripts, which improved the understanding of client requirements and the efficiency of the initial stages of project work.
- Improved the quality of deals by implementing a new sales approach that helps to properly filter clients and avoid failed initiatives.
